Abstract
A remote all-optical technique for the generation and detection of ult rasonics in materials is described. This technique uses a robust wideb and optical fiber interferometer for detection. Using this interferome ter, non-contact measurements of ultrasonic propagation times in epoxy materials are reported throughout the complete cure cycle. (C) 1998 E lsevier Science B.V.
