Abstract
Three new N-(trifluoroacetyl) doxorubicin analogues have been synthesi zed under mild reaction conditions. An unexpected transesterification reaction was observed when N-(trifluoroacetyl) doxorubicin was treated with acetylsalicylic acid under the same conditions.
