Abstract
The dynamical theory of coherent excitation of X-ray cascade by synchr otron radiation is developed. Fine structure of the angular distributi on for the last quantum in the cascade (versus the incidence angle of SR beam) is investigated. It is shown that the corresponding angular d istribution differs essentially from the case of Mossbauer cascade and from the conventional case of X-ray diffraction. The perspectives of an experimental observation of the mentioned angular distributions are discussed, The calculation results related to the two-transition X-ra y cascade (with tungsten as a possible candidate for the experiment) f or thick samples are presented.
