Abstract
EXAFS spectra for Co and Zr K absorption edges and X-ray scattering da ta have been obtained on rapidly quenched Co90Zr10 amorphous alloy. Pa rtial pair correlation functions have been determined as a solution of an inverse ill-posed problem for the system of integral equations des cribing combined experimental data. A high degree of chemical order in Co90Zr10 amorphous alloy is found.
