Abstract
The deformation field in a crystal of silicium under glued piezoelectr ic transducer was investigated. It is shown that the ultrasonic wave f ield is non-uniform, but the ''anomalous'' on the curve of the integra l intensity of diffraction on the voltage supplied on the transducer p rovides calibration of the ultrasonic amplitude.
