Abstract
In the leading order of perturbative QCD, the cross section for B-c pr oduction is calculated for the cases of gluon-photon fusion and ep int eraction (the latter option corresponds to HERA experimental condition s). It is shown that the non-Abelian structure of QCD leads to a subst antial forward-backward asymmetry in these processes.
