Abstract
In the title compound, C27H24N2O, both benzo and phenanthro rings are essentially planar, the dihedral angle between them being 73.61(4)degr ees. The non-aromatic five- and six-membered rings adopt deformed enve lope and half-chair conformations, respectively. Molecules are linked by weak intermolecular C-H...N interactions which exhibit C...N non-bo nded contacts of 3.481(2) and 3.540(2)Angstrom, respectively.
