Abstract
We describe three patients with spontaneous dural carotid cavernous si nus fistula presenting an isolated ophthalmoplegia where magnetic reso nance angiography demonstrated abnormal flow-related enhancements in t he cavernous sinus with extension into the inferior petrosal sinus. Ma gnetic resonance angiography is of value in evaluation of patients wit h isolated ophthalmoplegia.
