Abstract
An unusual cause of brim, contact with bailing wax by children and ado lescents during the annual mid-autumn festival in Hong Kong is present ed. 57 patients who suffered from hot wax burn oz,er the period 1986-1 996 were admitted to the Burns Unit of the Prince of Wales Hospital.
