Abstract
Failed femoral total hip replacement components are frequently associa ted with bone loss. At the time of revision surgery, the goals are to create a construct that relieves pain, is stable, and preserves and en hances bone stock. This article discusses Materials and Methods, indic ations, Operative Technique, and Results regarding onlay cortical allo grafting for the femur.
