Abstract
We suggest a law for the decay of the effective cosmological constant of the form boolean AND = 3 alpha(R) double over dot/R + 3 beta((R) ov er dot/R)(2) + 3 gamma/R-2. It is shown that this provides more room f or consistency with the recent observational data on Hubble's constant and the age of the universe.
