Psammocarcinoma is a rare type of serous carcinoma arising from the ov
ary or peritoneum, characterized by massive psammoma body formation, i
nvasiveness, and low-grade cytological features. A case of primary per
itoneal psammocarcinoma is presented. Aspects of clinical presentation
