Abstract
The recovery of palladium from spent catalysts has been investigated. Palladium dissolution was effected using acidic sodium chloride. The i nitial concentrations in these solutions were (mel/l): Pd, 0.0005-0.05 ; NaCl, 2.0-2.3 and HCl, 0.5-2.0 (or 0.02-0.05). The palladium sorptio n from these solutions was studied under batch experiment conditions o n vinylpyridine ion exchangers AN-251M, ANKF-5 and VP-14K. (C) 1998 El sevier Science B.V.
