Abstract
Excess molar enthalpies of (2-methylpropan-2-ol + benzene, or toluene, or o-, or m-, or p-xylene) have been measured in a flow microcalorime ter over the entire composition range at the temperature 308.15 K. The results are analysed in terms of the Mecke-Kempter type association m odel with a Flory contribution term, and a quasi-lattice model by Bark er. (C) 1998 Academic Press Limited.
