Most in-vitro fertilization (IVF) failures are due to failure of impla
ntation. We present a case of a successful attempt at transvaginal/tra
nsmyometrial/subendometrial embryo transfer in a patient with seven pr
evious failures in assisted conception cycles. We demonstrate achievem
