Abstract
New BETS salts (where BETS is bis(ethylenedithio)tetraselenafulvalene) with (CuCl3)(x), Cu2C6, Cu4Cl8 and Fe0.75Ga0.25Cl, anions have been o btained. The crystal structures and electrical and magnetoresistance p roperties of kappa-BETS4Cu4Cl8, theta-BETS4Cu2Cl6 and kappa-BETS2Fe0.7 5Ga0.25Cl4 have been studied. The last two compounds have been found t o exhibit Shubnikov-de Haas and angle-dependent magnetoresistance osci llations. (C) 1997 by John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
