Abstract
Polarised reflectance spectra of three charge transfer salts of bis(et hylenedithio)tetrathiafulvalene (BEDT-TTF), beta(BEDT-TTF)(5)M(CN)(6) . 10H(2)O (M = Co, Fe, Cr), are measured in the infrared region 650-65 00 cm(-1) at room temperature, The reflectance is analysed in terms of the Drude-Lorentz model. Vibrational bands related to C=C stretching are discussed. (C) 1997 by John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
