Abstract
Supercritical fluid extraction of oxindole alkaloids from Uncaria Torm entosa is described. The extraction was performed with supercritical c arbon dioxide alone and with supercritical carbon dioxide modified wit h 10% metanol, and the extracts were analyzed by GC/MS and HPLC/MS.
