Abstract
La1-x(Sr,Na)(x)Cu2O4 crystals were prepared by the molten salt electro chemical method while La2-y(Sr,Na)(y)CuO4 superconductors were prepare d by direct precipitation from the same molten salt. The resulting rar e earth cuprates were characterized by using SEM, EDX, XRD, XPS and ma gnetic susceptibility measurements. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
