Abstract
A case of bilateral dissecting aneurysms of tile anterior cerebral art eries presenting with subarachnoid haemorrhage is reported. Dissection involved the proximal A2 portions of both anterior cerebral arteries. Dissection of the left anterior cerebral artery was responsible for t he subarachnoid haemorrhage. Both aneurysms were treated by coating wi th cotton and fibrin glue. (C) Harcourt Brace & Co. Ltd 1998.
