Abstract
Four new and 27 known compounds were isolated from the heartwood of Ps eudotsuga wilsoniana. The structures of the new compounds, 9-oxobisabo la-1,3,5,7E-tetraen-15-oic acid methyl ester, 11-hydroxybisabola-1,3,5 ,9-tetraen-15-oic acid methyl ester, (S)-12-hydroxyagathic acid and 4' ,5-dihydroxy-7-methoxy-6-methylflavanone, were determined by chemical and spectroscopic methods.
