The thermodynamic and hydrodynamic equations for a Fermi superfluid wi
th triplet coupling are derived. Parameters such as the superfluid pha
se and the orthogonal rotation matrix in abridged descriptions are rep
resented in terms of the order parameter. The theorem about the connec
tion between the flow densities of additive integrals of motion is gen
eralized to the case of local equilibrium. Galilean and Lorentz-invari
ant physical systems are considered in detail. For the Fermi superflui
d under study, the spectra of collective excitations are obtained.
