Low and high states of the doubly odd nucleus As-68 have been studied
through in-beam gamma spectroscopy via the Fe-54(O-16, np) reaction. A
new level scheme for the As-68 nucleus was determined on the basis of
the neutron-gamma and neutron-gamma gamma coincidences, excitation fu
nctions, angular distributions and linear polarisation. New spins, par
