Abstract
The ratio R = gamma(4He)(2(3)S(1))/gamma(3He)(1(1)S(0)) has been measu red using gaseous samples in low magnetic held, The result, R = 864.02 276 +/- 3 x 10(-8), leads to a value of gamma(4He) = 1760.78798(3 x 10 (-7)) x 10(8) x rad x s(-1) x T-1.
