M. Klonz, CCE COMPARISON OF AC-DC VOLTAGE TRANSFER STANDARDS AT THE LOWEST ATTAINABLE LEVEL OF UNCERTAINTY, IEEE transactions on instrumentation and measurement, 46(2), 1997, pp. 342-346
In May 1996 the international comparison of ac-dc voltage transfer sta
ndards at the lowest attainable level of uncertainty, which started in
Jan, 1994, was completed. A PTB multijunction thermal converter was u
sed as the traveling standard. The results show an agreement of the ma
jority of the participating National Metrology Institutes with the ave
rage value of better than 0.5 x 10(-6) at the frequency of 1 kHz, 0.6
x 10(-6) at 20 kHz, 1.4 x 10(-6) at 100 kHz, and 15 x 10(-6) at 1 MHz.
