Abstract
The newly developed E-field meter is intended as a transfer instrument between a calibration laboratory and an EMC test facility to measure rf fields that are traceable to national standards, The system is base d an a flat miniature E-field sensor and uses software corrections for frequency response, linearity and temperature effects, The calibratio n procedure with a special ''mu TEM'' cell is described and an uncerta inty budget is given.
