Abstract
A Hall probe has been developed in the form of a miniaturized analog s ystem, consisting of two silicon vertical Hall devices, current stabil izers, amplifiers, and error-correcting circuits, The output signal ha s a calibrated sensitivity of 1 V/T, with a residual error less than 1 0(-4) in the ranges +/-2 T, (15-35)degrees C, and de to 10 kHz, The pr obe features high long-term stability, low-offset drift, and low noise .
