Abstract
In this paper a unified formulation for damage analysis of steel and r einforced concrete frame members is presented. This formulation is bas ed on the methods of continuum damage mechanics and on the notion of i nelastic hinges. Particular models for frames under monotonic, low cyc le and cyclic loading are described. (C) Elsevier, Paris.
