Abstract
We describe two cases of SAPHO with an exclusive spinal involvement. D iagnosis was established by stemo-clavicular arthralgias, palmar and p lantar pustulosis and by radiological signs of inflammatory spondylodi scitis and vertebral osteitis. Spondylodiscitis and medullary edema re solved as shown by MRI after administration of steroids in one case an d methotrexate in the other.
