Abstract
The complete regression of a focal nodular hyperplasia of the liver wi th typical MRI patterns 5 years after withdrawal of oral contraceptive s was observed. Effects of oral contraceptives on this tumor's evoluti on and appropriate imaging by MRI are discussed.
