Abstract
We report the case of a 73-year-old patient who presented with a local recurrence of a prostatic carcinoma which had metastasized to the rig ht epididymis. The histopathological examination of the resected tissu e after transurethral resection of the prostate 8 years before reveale d a pluriformal adenocarcinoma of the prostate, but the patient refuse d any kind of therapy at that time.
