Abstract
The electronic density of states of various periodic and random copoly mers of silole and pyrrole of different compositions have been determi ned numerically using the negative factor counting method in tight bin ding approximation. The trends in the electronic structures and conduc tion properties of these copolymers are discussed. (C) 1998 Elsevier S cience B.V.
