Intravenous leiomyomatosis is a rare benign neoplasm that commonly gro
ws into the pelvic veins and the inferior vena cava and, rarely, the r
ight side of the heart. We report the first case of intravenous leiomy
omatosis with cardiac involvement in a pregnant woman. The treatment o
f choice is surgical resection in two steps.
