S. Abachi et al., LIMITS ON ANOMALOUS WW-GAMMA COUPLINGS FROM P(P)OVER-BAR-]W-GAMMA-S=1.8 TEV(X EVENTS AT ROOT), Physical review letters, 78(19), 1997, pp. 3634-3639
We have measured the WW gamma gauge boson coupling parameters using <p
(p)over bar>-->l nu gamma+X (l=e,mu) events at root s=1.8 TeV. The dat
a, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 92.8 pb(-1), were coll
ected using the D{empty set} detector at the Fermilab Tevatron Collide
r. The measured cross section times branching ratio for <p(p)over bar>
-->W gamma+X with p(T)(gamma)>10 GeV/c and R-l gamma >0.7 is 11.3(-1.5
)(+1.7)+/-1.5 pb, in agreement with the standard model prediction. The
1 degree of freedom 95% confidence level limits on individual CP-cons
erving parameters are -0.93 <Delta kappa<0.94 and -0.31 <lambda<0.29.
Similar limits are set on the CP-violating coupling parameters.
