J. Ardelean et al., ON THE NOISE BEHAVIOR OF DMILL CHARGE AND CURRENT-SENSITIVE PREAMPLIFIER ARCHITECTURES, Nuclear instruments & methods in physics research. Section A, Accelerators, spectrometers, detectors and associated equipment, 406(1), 1998, pp. 127-138
Novel configurations of current and voltage-sensitive preamplifiers in
DMILL technology intended for calorimetry applications are discussed.
A broad set of noise characterisation tests: including room temperatu
re, cryogenic operation and radiation effects, is given. It is shown t
hat in cryogenic conditions the noise behaviour is considerably less c
urrent dependent than at room temperature. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B
