Abstract
The title compound, C16H24N2O, was obtained during our investigations on the asymmetric Strecker synthesis of non-proteinogenous alpha-quart ernary alpha-amino acids with vicinal chiral centres. The X-ray struct ure determination was carried out in order to verify the absolute conf iguration, which was determined via experimentally measured tripler ph ases.
