Abstract
From the fruit body of the fungus Gastropila fragilis, three steroids ergostan derivatives were isolated and identified: ergosta-5,7,22-trie n-3 beta-ol (ergosterol) (I), ergosta-7,22-dien-3 beta-ona (ii); ergos ta-7,22-dien-3 beta-ol (III). Their molecular structures were determin ed by spectrometric methods, UV, IR, H-1 y C-13-NMR, MS and by compari ng with authentic samples.
