A primary malignant pulmonary hemangiopericytoma was diagnosed in a 45
-year-old woman who complained of 10 months of cough and exertional dy
spnea. One year after resection of the mass, a metastatic lesion was r
emoved from the contralateral lung. The literature on this unusual pul
