Abstract
We have measured the branching ratio of the radiative decay pi --> mu nu gamma. The energies of the gamma-ray and of the muon were both meas ured and the Dalitz-plot distribution of the decay was obtained. The d ata agree well with the theoretical prediction (QED internal bremsstra hlung) down to a gamma-ray energy of 1 MeV. The discrepancy reported i n a previous experiment is not confirmed.
