Abstract
Tetraploid or near-tetraploid karyotype has been described rarely in h ematologic neoplasms. Herein we report two nerv cases of adult acute m yeloblastic leukemia, MO and M1 FAB subtypes that showed near-tetraplo id clones that were studied with conventional cytogenetics and in situ hybridization (ISH).
