Abstract
Improved spectral classifications are given for 23 fairly bright north ern stars of large or intermediate proper motion, using moderate-dispe rsion objective-prism plates taken with the Burrell Schmidt telescope. Most are classified as early K dwarfs, 10 for the first time.
