Abstract
A case report of a female, 5 months old European Domestic Shorthair-ca t is presented in its clinical examination and diagnostic features. Th e clinical signs and echocardiographical studies led to the diagnosis of an atrial septum defect. There was no evidence of any connection wi th trisomy in the patient and medical therapy could only help to mimic rate the beginning symptoms of right-heart failure.
