Abstract
HPLC has the leading role in the analysis of drugs in biological mater ials. A qualitative-quantitative determination as such usually require s more steps which are essential for achieving a correct result. The p aper introduces and discusses several facts met in the bioanalytical p ractice and is aimed to those interested in the HPLC determinations of drugs and their metabolites in biological materials.
