Abstract
In this paper me evaluate the behaviour of the capacitance of a micros trip, paying particular attention to the case of an anisotropic substr ate. The problem, formulated as a system of dual integral equations, i s transformed into a linear system of equations by means of a Neumann series of the unknown; the effective matrix dimension of this system i s quite low in a wide range of parameters. Analytical expansions are g iven for the elements of the matrix, and finally plots are shown for t he capacitance of the system.
