CYCLOSPORINE IN THE TREATMENT OF AN UNUSUAL CASE OF JUVENILE SYSTEMIC-SCLEROSIS

We describe a child who initially presented with juvenile dermatomyosi tis (JDM). Four years after the complete remission of JDM she develope d systemic sclerosis without internal organ involvement. She was unres ponsive to a combination of systemic corticosteroid therapy and pencil lamine. The institution of cyclosporine induced a complete remission.
