M. Matsuda et M. Tanimoto, EXPLICIT CP VIOLATION OF THE HIGGS SECTOR IN THE NEXT-TO-MINIMAL SUPERSYMMETRIC STANDARD MODEL, Physical review. D. Particles and fields, 52(5), 1995, pp. 3100-3107
We study the explicit CP violation of the Higgs sector in the minimal
supersymmetric standard model with a gauge singlet Higgs field. The ma
gnitude of CP violation is discussed in the limiting cases of x much g
reater than upsilon(1), upsilon(2), and x much less than upsilon(1), u
psilon(2), where x and upsilon(1,2) denote the VEV's of singlet and do
ublet Higgs scalars, respectively. Our numerical predictions of the el
ectric dipole moments of the electron and neutron lie around the prese
nt experimental upper limits. It is found that the large CP violation
effect reduces the magnitude of the lightest Higgs boson mass on the o
rder of a few tens of GeV.
