Abstract
A new sulfur-transfer reagent, bis(ethoxythiocarbonyl)tetrasulfide (1) , has been prepared and used for the synthesis of oligonucleotide phos phorothioates via solid phase phosphoramidite approach. (C) 1998 Elsev ier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
