Abstract
Homo-coupling of alkyl halides in aqueous media can be mediated by man ganese/cupric chloride to give the dimerisation products in good yield . Cross-coupling can also be controlled to give the desired product. ( C) 1998 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
