A fistula between the right coronary artery and the right ventricle wa
s revealed by severe recurrent angina pectoris in a 39-year-old man. T
he abnormality was congenital and was detected by selective coronary a
ngiography. The patient was treated conservatively because of the smal
l size of the fistula and the small volume of the left-to-right shunt.
