Abstract
Supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) can be used as a preparation meth od for multi residue-analysis of pesticides in cereals and cereal prod ucts assuming that optimized parameters for these products Like densit y of CO2 temperature, pressure and time of extraction has been determi ned. Keeping these optimized conditions the SFE has many advantages of costs and time of analysis compared to the classical extraction metho d.
